Countdown to High Point!

KingsHaven is thrilled to announce our partnership with Woodbridge Furniture, in which we will be providing a range of light fixtures for their showroom at the ever-popular High Point Market! A creative 13-piece KingsHaven lighting collection will make its Spring High Point Market debut, April 25-29, 2020. The collection is made up of some of our most popular light fixtures and our new lighting introductions.

Made of hand-forged iron, exotic woods and finely selected materials, members of our KingsHaven design team will travel in advance of market week to install the artisan lighting, which will be displayed throughout the interior and exterior of Woodbridge Furniture’s 8,500-square-foot showroom.

We are already at work designing and customizing chandeliers, pendants and sconces in various sizes, finishes and colors to stylistically complete and enhance the showroom’s collections of casegoods and other furnishings. We’ve shared a few of the light fixtures in this blog, but visit us at High Point to see the whole collection.

According to our founder and lead designer, Lauren Wylonis, Woodbridge Furniture will provide an amazing opportunity to exhibit KingsHaven products in a setting that shows how contemporary lighting and transitional furniture can be combined to create a stunning and personalized look. The union of these styles is so popular in today’s design industry, and our partnership speaks to this very trend.

Inspired by the shared passion we have for designing and delivering the highest-level craftsmanship and design in our products, our partnership with Woodbridge Furniture will create a destination for designers to gain inspiration and envision ways in which lighting can pair with home furnishings to create gorgeous and functional spaces.

Cass Key, Woodbridge Furniture’s creative director, weighed in on our partnership. “Beautiful lighting is key to showing the depth of Woodbridge Furniture’s finishes and creating different moods that can be seen throughout our showroom.”

Her take on the partnership is that KingsHaven will enable the company to present their casegood collections in the best light with completely customized vignettes designed to inspire the 2,000-plus buyers and designers they host each market.

We are excited about working with such an impressive and talented team!

Click over to our website to learn about a huge range of options from colors and sizes to even the number of boomerangs available in our full Astral series.

To celebrate the launch of our partnership, we would like to invite marketgoers to a book signing with KingsHaven founder Lauren Wylonis to commemorate her new book, “At Home with KingsHaven: Estates, Interiors, Landscapes,” (Images Publishing). The book signing will be Monday, April 27, 4-6 p.m. EDT.

The event will be part of Hamilton Wrenn Design District’s Third Night Celebration and take place in the Woodbridge Furniture showroom at 200 Steele, suite 301.

Come to the event to get a firsthand look at Lauren’s new book! It is filled with some of her most revered residential design projects, the story of how KingsHaven was founded, and even lighting design tips and worksheets every designer should know. Lauren will be autographing copies. Plan to take one home as a memento of spring market, and they make great gifts.

The editors of Designers Today gave kudos to Lauren’s new book for offering pages of eye candy via shots of some of her projects as well as a lighting planner worksheet and actionable strategies designers can incorporate in their own work.

We’ve heard from quite a few of our designer clients and friends that the book signing event is going to be on their list of top must-sees at High Point. Join us for small bites and beverages, business networking, and, of course, to get in on some industry inspiration and ideas with peers.

For our blog readers, customers and friends who may be attending this year’s show, be sure to stop by the showroom so you can see, touch and experience for yourself our brand and lighting products.

As we know many of you are doing, we are counting down the days. We look forward to seeing industry friends and meeting new ones at High Point.
